We want you to love your experience with Factor of Beauty. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@factorofbeauty.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective, damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used items (e.g., skincare, makeup, beauty products, facial tools, applicators, or sponges).
  • Custom or personalized products (e.g., gift sets or curated bundles).

Please note that while we accept returns for sale items or items purchased with promotional discounts, these must meet the criteria outlined in our return policy: unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is:

  1. Initiate a return for the unwanted item.
  2. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be:

  • In the same condition as when received.
  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important Notice

Orders placed during the Chinese New Year Holiday (January 25th - February 10th) for items sourced from our partner’s facility (e.g., Cordless Hair Curler, Ultrasonic Skin Scrubber) will be shipped after February 10th. Orders placed between January 7th - February 10th may experience delays.

Please note that this delay only applies to machines and gadgets and does not apply to skincare or makeup products.

Refunds are not available for these items during the Chinese New Year period.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
